The most important thing I would want others to know about Parkinson’s is that there is a worldwide community of individuals and organizations out there who offer support and information. It is not a solitary disease. I have developed more profound friendships and relationships in the 14 years since my diagnosis than I did during my entire 45 years prior to Parkinson’s.
